  • Trump’s Legal Battle to Restructure the Justice System: Implications for US Citizens

In a bold and unprecedented move, President Donald Trump has initiated legal action to transfer two key institutions from the judicial branch to the executive branch. This maneuver, if successful, could significantly alter the balance of power within the US government and have far-reaching consequences for American citizens.

    The Legal Battle

Trump’s lawsuits target the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), aiming to bring these institutions under direct control of the executive branch. This effort is part of a broader strategy to consolidate power and streamline government operations. Critics argue that this move undermines the independence of these institutions, which are crucial for maintaining checks and balances within the federal government.

    Potential Outcomes

    1. Increased Executive Power: If Trump succeeds, the executive branch will gain unprecedented control over law enforcement and legal proceedings. This could lead to a more centralized and potentially authoritarian government structure.
    2. Erosion of Judicial Independence: The DOJ and FBI have historically operated with a degree of independence to ensure impartiality in legal matters. Moving these institutions under the executive branch could compromise their ability to function without political interference.
    3. Public Trust and Accountability: The independence of the DOJ and FBI is vital for maintaining public trust in the justice system. Any perceived politicization of these institutions could erode public confidence and lead to increased skepticism about the fairness and integrity of legal proceedings.
    4. Legal and Constitutional Challenges: This move is likely to face significant legal challenges, as it raises questions about the separation of powers outlined in the US Constitution. The judiciary may push back against this attempt to alter the fundamental structure of the government.

    Implications for US Citizens

For American citizens, the potential restructuring of the justice system could have several implications:

    • Civil Liberties: With increased executive control, there may be concerns about the protection of civil liberties and the potential for abuse of power. Citizens may fear that their rights could be compromised in a more centralized government structure.
    • Law Enforcement: The effectiveness and impartiality of law enforcement could be called into question. Citizens rely on the DOJ and FBI to uphold the law without bias, and any changes to their independence could impact their ability to do so.
    • Political Climate: This legal battle is likely to intensify the already polarized political climate in the US. Supporters and opponents of Trump will be deeply divided on this issue, potentially leading to increased political tension and unrest.

In conclusion, Trump’s attempt to move the DOJ and FBI under the executive branch is a significant and controversial move that could reshape the US government and have profound implications for American citizens. The outcome of this legal battle will be closely watched, as it will determine the future balance of power and the integrity of the US justice system.

  • Today in Kryvyj Rih (Кривий Ріг)

Russia has yet again shown it does not want peace. April 4th Russia sent missiles with cluster munition directly into downtown Kryvyj Rih city.

Kryvyj Rih is an large industry city with about 600 000 people. Can you imagine the devastation when an missile hit with CLUSTER MUNITIONS?

What is cluster munitions? Think of a shotgun shell. Instead of a solid bullet it has lots of small pellets/balls that spread out and hit a bigger area in one go. Cluster munitions like used here is much the same with a missile transporting the weapon to where it sets off a explosion that spreads hundreds if not thousands of metal fragments in a swarm that hit a large area – cutting trough everything it encounter.

The effect of this is gruesome. And this is what the Russians has unleashed… Do you still think they want peace?

I am going to show different pictures and video clips here of what has happened and what the consequences is. But first a little explanation of what happened. The aftermath is that 18 people was killed. 9 among them was children.

According to BBC: “Russia’s defense ministry later claimed a “high-precision missile strike” had targeted a meeting of “unit commanders and Western instructors” in a restaurant, and that up to 85 were killed. It provided no evidence.”

President Zelensky stated the following after the attack: “There is only one reason why this continues: Russia doesn’t want a ceasefire, and we see it.”

According to Oleksandr Vilkul who is in charge of the defense of the city stated the following: “The missile exploded in the air… to injure more people. Children were killed on or near a playground.”

Serhii Lysak, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk region where the city is located says that 40 persons has been treated for injuries and the youngest was only 3 months old….

The areas hit was a street that had a playground. One 10 story block of flats was hit leaving a gaping hole in the building.

Do you still think Russia want peace or has any intention on respecting this ceasefire?

    WARNING:

Stop reading now if you do not want to see imaging documenting what has happened. The images below will be very graphic and show the reality of war.

  • Trumps tariff – liberation day or attack on the world?

The “Liberation day” was yesterday according to President Trump. But was it really a “Liberation day”? Almost every country except Russia, North Korea and Belarus was awarded with tariffs.

What will be the outcome of this for the average American and what about the rest of the world?

This seems like questions that was not asked within the White House before they launched Trumps terrible plan.

What has been forgotten by President Trump is that almost everything that is still produced in the US include materials and or parts from other countries. There is also a lot of products that the average US citizen need that is not produced in the US.

All of this will become more expensive now. Prices on gasoline, diesel, food, steel, plastics, clothes etc – everything will rise up drastically.

For other countries it will lead to less export to the US when the US citizen start struggling with the prices. This will lead to loss of jobs also all around the globe. In addition countries that has gotten tariff on their products will need to retaliate and place tariffs on American products.

Trump think this will lead to companies building factories in the US. He used Apple as an example of his success in getting companies to build factories in the US. In reality Apple announced this more than 3 years ago. Trump had nothing to do with that.

He did however present a list of companies that has “contacted him” according to him and presenting “how great this will be” and that they are going to build factories in the US.

In reality this is a rape of these companies. They are forced to build additional factories in the US or face tariffs.

Even companies that had existing companies in the US have to expand to make their entire product line, every part on US soil – even if they produce the same across the border. This is going to become unimaginable expensive.

Then the big question is – Who will pay for this? At first it is the American people. Secondly it will be the US allies that get another hit in the stomach with reduced sales to the US. We can always find buyers for our products tho.

It will be extremely hard for the US to replace all the products that will disappear or get an steep price increase.

My conclusion is that this is another step President Trump takes to increase the divide between the poor (workers) and the super rich (like him).

It is the worker class(everything under top tier middle class in the US) that will pay for this. And what is he going to spend the tariff income on? Do you think it is going to be spent on better living conditions for his worker bees? No, it is going entirely to pay down debt and to cut taxes for one group and one group alone – himself and his friends.

The effects can already be seen when you check the stock markets. They are down across the world – and this is just the start.

In a few days they will have a steep downfall again as countries start slamming on tariffs in retaliation – making everything from raw materials to finished products more expensive over night for everyone outside the US.

It will make it super expensive to choose an US made product instead of an domestic or foreign product produced outside of the US. There will basically be nothing the US manufacturers can do to stay competitive.

At the same time Trump also is doing everything he can to alienate companies around the world by demanding anti DEI certification to be allowed to continue trading with the US.

Not only tariffs but also enforcing the US regime on sovereign countries around the world.

I talked to a friend about this earlier tonight, and I mentioned something I want to share here too: When I was young I often contemplated and wondered what was the real cause of big civilizations like the Egyptian, Aztec etc disappeared. Now we know. All it takes is a stupid leader.

My opinion is this, the US is shooting itself in the foot. IF Trump is not removed soon this will end with the downfall of the US. The damage done is already enormous and might take decades to fix but it is still fixable. But the clock is ticking and it is getting worse for every day he’s in office.

  • Tariffs

    Tariffs

The “Liberation day” is upon us, and former president, now dictator Trump is reveling with joy over the caos he create across the world and how he is making his own people pay.

How long will it take until he understand that tariffs he enforce on other countries will be paid by the US citizens, not by the country he is enforcing them on.

Why? Because there is not enough people in the US without jobs to cover moving the industry of everything the US is buying from abroad.

It is just impossible for the US to build everything. The US lack rare metals, that is widely known. He is trying to get the deal on Ukraine and to annex Greenland against the will of the people there and by raping Denmark.

It is a shame how much damage this man has made on the world in less than 100 days.

I am so dissapointed in the US it can not be described in words. The betrayal is so hurtful.

Norway, Denmark and countless other countries has faught in the US’s wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. We have lost more soldiers than the US pr capita. Yet we are told we are bad allies. No one else in NATO has ever asked for help. And we are the bad allies.

It is a sad sad day and it will only get worse. You might ask why yet again? I’ll tell you why. It’s because the US citizen does not do enough to stop him. They are afraid and thus they sit in their sofas while the house is burning down.

I hope one day we can be firends again. But that day is not today.

  • DEI initiative crackdown expanded to Europe.

Companies in France started a few days ago recieving this letter. Today Norwegian companies followed suit.

This is the worst attack on Europe by the Trump administration so far. It’s totally unacceptable that the dictator-regime want to enforce its agenda in Europe. We should answer with demanding every US company that want to trade with Europe has to sign a certification of conformity that they are promoting diversity, equality and inclusion.

If the US want to get rid of all trade with Europe this is the way to do. The trust in the US was gone long ago, but this came as a second gut punch. It is worse than any tariffs.

I encurage everyone to stand strong in the boycott of all American products.

  • Vance on Greenland

Just a video about Vance on Greenland where he was asked if the US is going to agree on the therms of Kremlin for a cease fire.

The Kremlin demand the removal of sanctions of farm products and fertilizers. This is not acceptable by Europe and Ukraine.

In the usual manner Vance just deflect and do his best not to answer the question.

  • Unwanted guest

A super yacht belonging to billionaire Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook, just arrived in Bodø.

It has 13 cabins, 42 crew members and can host 26 guests and cost 300 million dollars to build.

It has arrived in Norway to make preparations for Mark Zuckerberg going to visit Longyearbyen in Svalbard(Spitsbergen) later this month according to the Norwegian newspaper Dagbladet.

Mark Zuckerberg is known to be a close ally to the war criminal and want to be dictator – President Trump. It makes him not wanted by many in Norway.

After what has happened to Greenland and Denmark there is questions about his intentions because of the mentioned alliance with Trump.

  • Marjorie Taylor Green

Check out how American politician treat a UK journalist. This is such a disgusting behavior it needs to be documented for all time. What a Karen.

Here's Marjorie Taylor Greene literally telling a British reporter to "go back to your country" and berating her for trying to ask a question."We don't give a CRAP about your opinion."

  • The Signal incident.

I have collected the images shared around the net of the chat group on signal the chief editor of The Atlantic was invited to by mistake. Top officials of the Trump regime shared top secret info using a mobile phone app that is not approved for usage.

Steve Witkoff was in Moscow at the time when he was added to the group chat. Signal in itself is a “safe” service that uses encryption. But all it takes is one bug or security flaw in one of the other apps on the phone. Or a security flaw in the phones operating system.

It can be seen as guaranteed that Russia tried to gain access to his phone. If they succeeded no one knows. If they did it won’t help no matter how encrypted the end to end traffic is in Signal.

This is among the worst security issues in modern history. Everyone that was on the chat is liable as accomplices since they did not report it/stop it. It is clearly against the laws in the US. It requires all communications of this character to take place on graded platforms.

To add to the severity the group started with a 7 day window before messages get deleted from the phones. Later that was changed to 4 weeks.

This is an issue on many levels. It lets the information be stored openly on the members phones for 1 and later 4 weeks.

Secondly one of the very reasons it’s required to use graded systems is that it’s supposed to be documented.

The way they are doing this is guaranteed not limited to this communication but is widespread used. And they do it to avoid accountability and having to share info in case of a subpoena.

Some say that they have been trained in doing it this way during Project 2025 communication exercises. I don’t doubt that for a second.

It’s my opinion that not just Waltz must be removed from his position but the entire lot. They need to be held accountable for lying while trying to deny information was shared. Even failing to report the usage of an unauthorized software to share graded material is a crime.

  • Russian attacks in Sumy

    Russian attacks in Sumy

While the negotiations are taking place between the US and Russia about Ukraine Russia is hanging out Ukraine for attacking their energy infrastructure.

What they do not talk loudly about is the fact that Russia attacked civilian buildings all over Ukraine. According to mayor Artem Kobzar of Sumy Russian missiles targeted children’s establishments and a hospital.

Sumy is next to the Kursk border and can be seen as the center of the northeastern part of the Sumy Region. As far as I’ve found 65 is wounded and out of those 14 is children…

Among other buildings that’s been hit is a school and several high-rise residential buildings.

It is quite clear that Russia do not care about Trump’s cease fire. The deal was no attacks on infrastructure and energy structures. Something Russia broke within hours after the talks between Putin and Trump last week.

There is no value in Putin’s words. He is and always will be a terrorist. The fact that Trump believe the Russian propaganda is correct and take the Russians side is so destructive that it will disrupt and cause the Euro-American relationship to sour for decades.

If Russia wanted peace or a cease fire they could have gotten it at any point during the war. They could just stop attacking and withdraw from Ukraine soil. As long as Russia continue to attack civilian targets in Ukraine then Ukraine has the right to strike back where it hurts Russia the most – their energy infrastructure.

If there is to be a peace coming out of the talks between the US and Russia that can be accepted by Europe and Ukraine alike, then Russia will have to withdraw from the occupied territories and pay reparations for the damage they have caused.

If it ends with Trump forcing Ukraine and thus also Europe’s hand to accept handing over the occupied territories Putin will look at that as a win. We all know what his next move is then. It is a green light for Putin, showing that he can get wins out of attacking again or/and attack other nations in Europe.

The big question is: Should just Putin be put on trial in Haag or should Trump join him for the treason of Europe and the aid to a enemy?

Here is a video from youtube that show some of the damage to the city:
