While the negotiations are taking place between the US and Russia about Ukraine Russia is hanging out Ukraine for attacking their energy infrastructure.

It is quite clear that Russia do not care about Trump’s cease fire. The deal was no attacks on infrastructure and energy structures. Something Russia broke within hours after the talks between Putin and Trump last week.
There is no value in Putin’s words. He is and always will be a terrorist. The fact that Trump believe the Russian propaganda is correct and take the Russians side is so destructive that it will disrupt and cause the Euro-American relationship to sour for decades.
If Russia wanted peace or a cease fire they could have gotten it at any point during the war. They could just stop attacking and withdraw from Ukraine soil. As long as Russia continue to attack civilian targets in Ukraine then Ukraine has the right to strike back where it hurts Russia the most – their energy infrastructure.
If there is to be a peace coming out of the talks between the US and Russia that can be accepted by Europe and Ukraine alike, then Russia will have to withdraw from the occupied territories and pay reparations for the damage they have caused.
If it ends with Trump forcing Ukraine and thus also Europe’s hand to accept handing over the occupied territories Putin will look at that as a win. We all know what his next move is then. It is a green light for Putin, showing that he can get wins out of attacking again or/and attack other nations in Europe.
The big question is: Should just Putin be put on trial in Haag or should Trump join him for the treason of Europe and the aid to a enemy?

Yesterday several transport planes landed in Nook with armored trucks in preparation for Usha Vance, the wife of Vice President JD Vance, arriving for a visit. This happen at a time where president Trump repeatedly states that he want to take over Greenland.
Personally I think of this visit as a form of pressure and to show genuine interest, despite the claims that she just want to see the sights. With her comes the minister of energy, Chris Wright and the national security adviser Mike Waltz. I am not so sure she would have those two with her if she just was there to see historic places, look at the Avannaata Qimussersu dogsledding race and to learn about the history of Greenland.
The sitting government refuse to meet the delegation as they are in a transit period between two governments. Greenland just had an election and the winners have yet to form a new government. Both the previous and the new government that is taking office soon is both negative to coming under the US. In fact they rule it out entirely and want to work toward being an independent nation without even ties to Denmark.
The sitting government has made it clear to Trump via diplomatic and democratic ways but it doesn’t sink in with him that they don’t want anything to do with Trump or the US.
It is concerning that the US as an ally to Denmark just flat out say they want to take over territory that belong to Denmark. They continue to put pressure even after the inhabitants of Greenland has said blatantly NO during the recent election. They do not want to be under US rule. Frankly I can’t see why anyone would want to be under the US, as it would remove rights to school, free hospitals, equality for the indigenous people etc. Just look at how the US has treated the Native American population.
One thing is certain tho. The US is no longer a trustworthy ally in any capacity. The threats about taking Panama with force and the statements about making Canada the 51st state is saying enough. Canada is a trusted ally in NATO that suddenly had the president of another NATO country saying they want to take over their country? I think we can safely say the US is no longer an ally in anything but name.
